PRIVATE FUNCTIONS
PRIVATE ROOM
Exclusive use of our private room is available and will be priced accordingly.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of $150.00 is required when booking an event. This deposit will be applied to the final bill. In the event of a cancellation up to 30 days prior to the function date 50% of the deposit amount may be reimbursed in the form of gift certificates or 100% credit towards a future reservation. Those cancelling within 21 days of the reservation date will forfeit the complete deposit.
FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment is due at the completion of the event. Final payment may be made in cash or credit card. All food and beverage items are subject to 20% gratuity charge and 8% RI sales tax.
GUARANTEE DUE DATE
Please submit a final guarantee count 48 hours prior to the event. The count you provide is the minimum number of confirmed guests for whom you will be charged. Should your actual count exceed the confirmed number, you will be charged for the additional dinners. All details such as seating arrangements, guests arrival time, menu selections and any special arrangements should be made 5 days prior to the event.
STIPULATIONS
All functions will be placed on a four hour schedule. If additional time is
requested, based on availability, a fee of one hundred dollars per hour will be charged. Cucina Mista provides all food and beverages.
DECORATION
You may provide your own decorations or floral arrangements. All decorations must comply with local fire laws. Please do not affix decorations or signs to the walls, door, fixtures or ceilings. Table confetti is not allowed.
CAKE CUTTING
There is a $1.50 charge per guest for cutting and service of any cake or dessert not provided from Cucina Mista.
